Can I use RAW & UNIQ pieces indoors and outdoors?
Yes. All pieces are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. However, we recommend bringing items inside or storing them in a dry, sheltered area during winter months to prevent cracking from freeze-thaw cycles when moisture is trapped inside.
Are these pieces food-safe?
Pieces with glass and concrete combinations are suitable for any food. Pure concrete pieces are recommended for dry snacks only.
How do I clean my concrete piece?
Hand wash only with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or place in the dishwasher. Treat your piece like fine pottery to preserve the finish.
Can I microwave or put hot items in these pieces?
No, these items are not microwave-safe.
About the Product
Why does my piece have air bubbles or texture variations?
Each piece is hand-poured and individually finished. Small air bubbles, subtle texture variations, and tonal shifts are intentional—they're the hallmarks of handmade character and "imperfection perfection."
Are any two pieces exactly the same?
No. Every piece is one-of-one. Pigments and effects are mixed directly into the concrete during pouring, so even pieces from the same mold will have unique surfaces.
What materials are used?
All pieces are made from hand-poured concrete with pigments and sealant. Some designs incorporate glass inserts.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All listed items are ready to ship. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 days once shipped, though delivery times depend on the carrier. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need faster delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
How are pieces packaged?
Each piece is carefully packed to arrive safely. Concrete is durable, but we take extra care to protect against impacts during transit.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
