Can I use RAW & UNIQ pieces indoors and outdoors?

Yes. All pieces are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. However, we recommend bringing items inside or storing them in a dry, sheltered area during winter months to help prevent cracking caused by freeze-thaw cycles when moisture is trapped inside.

Are these pieces food-safe?

Pieces made with glass and concrete combinations are suitable for food use. Pure concrete pieces are recommended for dry snacks only.

How do I clean my concrete piece?

Hand wash only with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or place your piece in the dishwasher. Treat it like fine pottery to help preserve the finish.

Can I microwave these pieces or place hot items in them?

No. RAW & UNIQ concrete pieces are not microwave-safe.

Why does my piece have air bubbles or texture variations?

Each piece is hand-poured and individually finished. Small air bubbles, subtle texture variations, and natural tonal shifts are intentional. They are part of the handmade character and our version of imperfection perfection.

Are any two pieces exactly the same?

No. Every piece is one of one. Pigments and effects are mixed directly into the concrete during pouring, so even pieces made from the same mold will have their own unique surface, tone, and finish.

What materials are used?

RAW & UNIQ pieces are made from hand-poured concrete with pigments and a protective sealant. Some designs also include glass inserts.

Will the color look exactly like the photos?

The piece shown in the listing photos is the actual piece you will receive. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, shadows, camera settings, and screen display. Natural concrete tones can also shift subtly in different environments.

How heavy are RAW & UNIQ pieces?

Concrete is naturally heavier than ceramic, plastic, or resin decor. Weight varies by design and size, but each piece is made to feel substantial, durable, and grounded.

Will my planter have a drainage hole?

Drainage depends on the specific design. Please refer to the individual product listing for details, or contact us with questions before ordering.

Do concrete pieces develop character over time?

Yes. Like many natural materials, concrete can develop subtle changes with use and age. These changes are part of the material's character and add to the story of each piece.

Do you make every piece by hand?

Yes. Every RAW & UNIQ piece is hand-poured, properly cured, sanded, sealed, and packed by hand in our Chattanooga studio.

What makes RAW & UNIQ different from mass-produced concrete decor?

RAW & UNIQ pieces are created in small batches and finished entirely by hand. We embrace the natural character of concrete rather than trying to hide it. Every piece is individually poured, properly cured, sanded, and sealed, resulting in decor that feels authentic, intentional, and truly one of a kind.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All listed ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days once shipped, depending on the carrier. Express shipping options are available at checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

How are pieces packaged?

Each piece is carefully packed to help it arrive safely. Concrete is durable, but we take extra care to protect each order during transit.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my piece?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, please contact us first so we can discuss your specific situation.

Do you accept custom orders?

Why do custom orders take longer?

Custom and made-to-order pieces require additional drying and curing time, which can vary depending on the size and design. We never ship uncured items, and we don't leave steps out of the process. Every piece is given the time and attention it deserves to ensure quality, durability, and a lasting finish.
