Processing & Shipping Schedule

Standard processing typically takes 1–2 business days before an order is dispatched. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once the order has shipped, a notification with tracking information will be provided.

Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Free Shipping: Orders with a subtotal of $50.00 or more (after discounts and before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.

• Exclusions: Free shipping applies only to the contiguous United States. Standard rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and all other U.S. territories regardless of order value.

• Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. All costs for express shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery. Concrete is durable, but fragile during transit.

• Reporting Window: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, notification and pictures must be sent via email within 48 hours of delivery.

• Requirements: Please include the order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).

• Expiration: Notices received after the 48-hour window cannot be considered for replacement or refund.

Order Accuracy

Ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. RAW & UNIQ Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
