Processing & Shipping Schedule
Standard processing typically takes 1–2 business days before an order is dispatched. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once the order has shipped, a notification with tracking information will be provided.
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)
Standard shipping charges are based on the total packaged weight of your order:
- Up to 8 lb: $4.95
- More than 8 lb and up to 12 lb: $8.95
- More than 12 lb: $14.95
Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping on packages weighing up to 12 lb. The $14.95 shipping charge continues to apply to packages weighing more than 12 lb.
The order minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Although concrete is durable, it can be fragile during transit.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact RAW & UNIQ within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item and the issue
- Photographs of the interior and exterior packaging
- A photograph of the shipping label
Please retain the item and all original packaging until we have reviewed the issue. Claims reported after 48 hours will be reviewed individually based on the available information and circumstances.
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, RAW & UNIQ will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional shipping cost to the customer. Depending on the circumstances and availability, this may include a replacement or refund.
Order Accuracy
Ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. RAW & UNIQ Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
